Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the 4th edition of the Terni Influencer & Creator TIC Festival, held from April 9 to april 12, 2026, as a guest speaker in two panels focused on sport.
It was my first time taking part in this event, and the experience left a strong impression on me — not only for the content shared on stage, but especially for the conversations, the people, and the overall atmosphere of the festival.

One of the panels I was part of explored how training, education, technology, and determination all contribute to building athletic performance. Through real experiences, it highlighted sport as a method, a space to develop resilience, and a continuous pursuit of personal goals — but also as a powerful driver to keep going, even when it gets difficult.
In a second panel, I shared my experience alongside athletes who have been able to reinvent themselves and pursue their goals alongside other commitments such as studies, content creation, and personal life. It was a reminder that sport is not about sacrifice alone, but can become a true added value, enriching different aspects of life rather than limiting them.

Over the past few years, we’ve all experienced how saturated the digital space has become. Every day, we are exposed to an endless flow of information, content, and voices competing for attention, where meaning often gets lost in the noise.
Before this experience, I had started to question whether some platforms and events could still offer something truly valuable — formative, not just performative.
The TIC Festival gave me a different perspective. What stood out most was the intentionality behind communication. I met people who choose to speak with purpose, who understand when it is worth contributing and when silence can be just as powerful.
Each interaction added something meaningful, both on a human and professional level, leaving me with a renewed sense of trust in spaces where content is created to generate real value.
