ATHLETE
Born on 11 January 1997, I am an Italian sprinter, currently enrolled in two clubs: Atletica Estrada in the city of Treviglio, Italy, and Club Atletismo del Sur based in the city of Motril, Spain.
Having practiced swimming and volleyball in my earlier years, at the age of 15, I understood that running was my sport and began to achieve notable results in track and field. My favorite event is the 200m, although in recent years I have dedicated a lot of time to training in order to become competitive in the 400m. I particularly enjoy participating in relays, both in indoor and outdoor competitions.
Throughout my career, I have trained in different cities and with various coaches, seeking to improve and refine my skills. For the majority of my career, I trained in the north of Italy. However, in 2022 and 2023, I spent a few months training in the United States, specifically in Arizona and Pennsylvania. Currently, I am training in Andalusia, a region in the south of Spain, with the Scirocco TF Academy.
During the initial years of my athletic career, I attained significant results at the National level:
- I secured 10 Italian titles, including 3 individual titles (U18 and U20) and 7 in relays.
- I stood on the podium 20 times at the Italian Championships.
As a result of my achievements, I received numerous call-ups for the junior national team, representing Italy at the European U20 Championships (2015) and the World U20 Championships (2016). I also competed in international events in Great Britain, Portugal, and Switzerland, proudly wearing the colors of my clubs.
Furthermore, I’ve had the honor of being called up by the senior national team twice, which serves as further recognition of my achievements.
