EDUCATION AND TALKS

Empowering Young Athletes Through Education and Experience

Sport has shaped who I am. What I learned on the track has influenced every aspect of my life, becoming the foundation for how I face challenges, make decisions, and pursue my goals. Over time, this experience turned into a mission: to share how sport makes us stronger and more prepared to face life’s ups and downs, and to guide young athletes toward this same awareness.

Through training sessions, workshops, and motivational talks, I meet young athletes and students to explore the deep connection between sport and personal growth. Together, we reflect on how the discipline, resilience, and adaptability developed through competition can become powerful tools for everyday life. These meetings are not just about performance—they are about discovering balance, purpose, and authenticity both on and off the field.

We talk about how to manage time between sport and study, how to take care of physical and mental well-being, and how to find balance between school, training, and social life. We explore the importance of setting goals, learning from failure, and transforming obstacles into opportunities. Through stories and experiences, I try to show that the athlete’s journey is never linear, but it always teaches us something essential about ourselves.

Another important part of my work focuses on how to build an authentic presence in the digital world—using social media consciously, as a space for inspiration and storytelling, rather than simple imitation. An athlete’s story can be a powerful message, if told with sincerity and purpose.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to share these ideas in many different contexts: at the University of Bergamo, where I spoke to first-year students about dual careers—how to balance sport and academic life—and to marketing students about athlete influencer marketing. I’ve also collaborated with FIDAL Lombardia’s Progetto Talento — in 2024 at Meta Italia’s headquarters and in 2025 at Politecnico di Milano — where we discussed personal branding and responsible communication.

Beyond the university setting, I’ve worked with schools such as the Don Bosco Institute in Sesto San Giovanni to inspire students to turn difficulties into motivation and participated in training camps like the Jacobs Sports Academy alongside Olympic Champion Marcell Jacobs, exploring topics such as focus, teamwork, and mental endurance.

Every encounter reinforces a simple belief: an athlete is much more than what they achieve in competition. Their story, if told with authenticity, can become a source of inspiration—for themselves and for others.
